Ordering Online
Once you have submitted your online order, we will email you as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order. This email is not an order acceptance from us and at this stage no contract is formed between us.

Once your order has been despatched we will send you a confirmation email, which constitutes a formal acceptance of your order, and this will form a binding contract between us.

We aim to despatch your order within seven working days from the receipt of your order and once payment has been approved, subject to availability. However, some items are made to order and may take up to four weeks to despatch. If there is any particular delay we shall notify you by email and you shall have the right to cancel your order, or have a replacement item sent instead. Once the goods have been despatched to you they become your property. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.


Liability
If the goods delivered to you are not the correct items you ordered or are defective or damaged, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within seven days of delivery of the said goods.

You must comply with, and observe all applicable legislation and regulations, including obtaining any relevant import permits to purchase goods from our site. We accept no liability for any goods purchased by you in respect of any local laws regarding the import of any goods you purchase from us.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure our Website is as accurate, current, complete and error-free as possible, unless we are at fault we are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors which are beyond our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee that colours will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors. Any product dimensions supplied are for guide purposes only and are intended to give an approximate indication of size. All items of Bumblebee Bumblebee jewellery have been individually and skillfully handcrafted using natural materials and therefore slight variations in colour, shape and size may occur within the products displayed on the Website. This is not a fault with the product but a natural characteristic of the design which is beyond our control.

We recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order on the Website if you have any questions about our products.



Prices
All our prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in British Pounds Sterling. Our prices are correct at the time of publication and goods are charged at the price shown on the website at the time of ordering. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

If goods you have ordered are unavailable at the price or conditions shown, you will be notified as soon as possible.


Cancellation
If we have published any information incorrectly including pricing or other relevant information regarding jewellery descriptions or delivery times, or any other information, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will do so by notifying you by email and you shall have the right to reconsider placing your order again, after being supplied with the correct information. We shall, at the point of cancellation, refund any sum taken from your credit card as soon as possible and within 30 days of your order. In any event we shall not be liable for any disappointment suffered, nor any further compensation.

Agreement
These terms and conditions listed above form the entire agreement between us, Bumblebee Bumblebee, and you , the customer. We shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions if any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as: fire; industrial action;  the breakdown of systems or network disruption;  flood; accident or explosion.



Delivery & Returns

UK orders using the Standard delivery option will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and arrive within 2–3 working days.

 

UK Postage and Packaging is £10 via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed to arrive the next day after posting. Your package will require a signature upon delivery otherwise it will be held by Royal Mail and you will need to rearrange delivery.

London Customers Only: If you require an item urgently and it is in stock we may be able to arrange a same-day courier, for an additional charge. Please call us on +44 (0)7950 814 073.

Delivery - Europe & International
International Postage and Packaging: Europe £15, International £20, via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For and may take up to ten working days to arrive from the time of despatch.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Bumblebee Bumblebee cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.

Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item proves to be faulty or we have made an error by sending you an incorrect item.


Return/Refund Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not perfectly satisfied, we are able to offer you a full refund or exchange for your online purchase providing you notify us in writing within seven days of accept receipt of the goods and the jewellery is returned to us packaged in the condition that it was sold; therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging. The security tag must be attached and complete as we cannot accept the return of any items if this has been tampered with in any way or if it has been removed.

Please contact us first by email at info@bumblebeebumblebee.com  if you wish to arrange a refund or exchange clearly stating the reason for return. When posting back your goods we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Please note we are unable to refund any postage and packaging charges, nor any tax and duties incurred.


Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund any earrings purchased from Bumblebee Bumblebee.


Once the goods have been delivered, they will be held at your own risk and Bumblebee Bumblebee will not be liable for their loss or damage.

We regret that we unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any items that have been engraved or specially made or altered to your specifications.


Bumblebee Bumblebee cannot be held liable for items lost, damaged or delayed in transit.


Care

General

Some stones can be affected by heat, strong chemicals, cleaning products and perfumes. Therefore we recommend removing any items before applying perfume, showering, sunbathing, swimming or cleaning.
Sterling Silver naturally tarnishes through exposure to air and so should be carefully stored when not worn and it should not be worn every day.

Vermeil does not tarnish like silver but,  as a surface finish, it is subject to wear and should be carefully stored when not worn and it should not be worn every day.

We do not recommend wearing jewellery on the beach as the sand can be damage the surface of the stones and metal.
We also advise you do not exercise or sleep in any items of jewellery.


Storing
We recommend that all jewellery is stored and transported in its original box, or use a purpose designed jewellery roll if travelling. Avoid stacking items on top of each other, as this can affect any surface finishes and damage delicate materials. Repairs
We offer a free repair service in the unfortunate event of a breakage. Please contact us detailing the issue before sending the item back. However, if we feel that the damage is not through the fault of Bumblebee Bumblebee we will ask for a small payment to cover the cost of the repair, (a quote will be given, after we have assessed the damage and cost of repair).

Please note normal delivery charges will apply for any repairs.
